At Prairie Creek Organics, we grow organic crops with a focus on long-term care of the land.
Our primary crops include: Alfalfa, Popcorn, Food Grade Corn (white & yellow), Soybeans, and small grains (including oats & wheat).
These crops support both human consumption and organic livestock operations, including grass-fed dairies.
